COMMITTEES
WELCOMING
This committee shall be responsible for ensuring that new/guest members feel welcome, receive information to increase their knowledge and keep them interested in continuing to skate. This committee is responsible for engaging new skaters to involve them so they might continue to skate as IHSA club members.

HOSPITALITY
This committee shall be responsible for coordinating location/decoration/entertainment/food/beverage for "social" events that happen during the year. These events include: test sessions, guest coach presence, send off parties, Christmas show party, Ice show cast party, and the annual banquet.

PR/MEDIA
This committee shall be responsible for representing our Club in a positive way to all types of media. This includes website, Facebook page, as well as communication with various media and publicity forums. This committee shall be responsible for planning, content and initiating publicity events.

RECOGNITION
This committee shall be responsible for creating awareness in the Club of our members' acheivements, as well as incentivizing others. This includes responsibility for managing recognition banners, creating a recognition "wall" at HIH, recommending to the Board recognition events/gifts to send off competitive skaters.

MASTER SEAMSTRESS/COSTUMES
Although not an "official" committee of the IHSA Board of Directors, it is important to note the following people who spend countless hours sewing, jeweling, creating and sometimes re-creating costumes for our Ice Show, for our skaters competition dresses, for Harmony Theatre Company and everything else in between.
